没有期待中好，觉得她应该能做到更好，但是完成度已经不错。全片越往后越好，特别是后1/3比较出色. Sofia已经在建立自己的声音，她个人独特的审美和风格都有很清楚的体现。把故事中errie又morbid的地方拍得微妙优美是她的长项。这部确实和The Beguiled有异曲同工之处。We all cry out for connections.
Best miniseries i have ever watched. Splendid casting and marvelous performance, esp Richard Chamberlian as Father Ralph and Barbara as Mary Carson. Very touching soundtrack, esp Meggie's theme, i can hardly get it out of my mind.
